THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN DIGITALIZATION CAPABILITY, ORGANIZATIONAL AGILITY AND INNOVATION PERFORMANCE

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between digitalization capability, organizational agility and innovation performance. In this context, data was obtained from 272 managers in manufacturing firms operating in Kocaeli and Istanbul using the survey method. As a result of the analyses, it was found that digitalization capability has a positive relationship with both organizational agility and innovation performance. In addition, organizational agility and innovation performance were also found to be positively related.
