About the Journal

Aims and Scope

Journal of International Management Research and Applications aims to increase the number of original studies in the field of management, business, economics, organizational behavior, and social sciences to enrich the relevant literature and contribute to scientific developments. In this regard, submitted studies are subjected to a strict refereeing process. Studies submitted to the journal have to be original academic studies that have not been sent to another journal.  Journal of International Management Research and Applications is an international, open-access and double blind peer-reviewed journal.

Publication languages are Turkish and English. Journal of International Management Research and Applications charges no application fee for the submission, evaluation and publication processes. Ethical committee approval must be obtained for any research conducted using qualitative or quantitative approaches that require data collection from participants through techniques such as surveys, interviews, focus group studies, observation, experiments, or interviews.

Open Access Statement

JIMRA is an open access journal. All published content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license, which permits users to use, share, and adapt the material for non-commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution is given.

Archiving and Long-term Preservation Policy

JIMRA is committed to the long-term preservation of its content. Our archiving policy includes the following:

  1. PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN): Our journal utilizes the PKP PN to digitally preserve all published articles. This ensures that the journal's content remains accessible in the event that the journal is no longer published.

  2. Self-Archiving: Authors are encouraged to self-archive their published articles in institutional repositories or personal websites (Green Open Access).
