Abstract

The role of the support of the employees from their managers is very important for the employees to fulfill their duties effectively and thus to reach the organizational goals. organizational support; It is to value the contributions of the employees of the organization to the organization and to reward the employees in return for their efforts. organizational support; It helps to increase the productivity, performance and work commitment of the employees, as well as contributes to the decrease in non-productive behaviors such as intention to leave and absenteeism. The person who receives the support they expect from the organization they work for will be more willing and committed to their work. Thus, his performance will increase in his work, and he will work more happily and peacefully. In this study, the effects of organizational support on employee motivation are discussed. The study consisted of a literature section on organizational support and perceived organizational support, and a method section that included the quantitative analysis and results of two health institutions in Çankırı. In order to explain the subject more concretely in the next section; The survey conducted in the study was evaluated. In order to reveal the effects of organizational support on the motivation of the employees of the organization, two health institutions in Çankırı were surveyed. A questionnaire was applied to the employees of these two health institutions by making one-on-one interviews on separate days. After all; The employees of the two institutions included in the survey were evaluated in line with their answers.
