In terms of Occupational Health and Safety: Başakşehir City Hospital Construction Project, Risk Management and Application of Fine Kinney Method

Abstract

Basaksehir City Hospital Project, Ministry of Health and Public Private Partnership Project madewith Turkey’s health is the 3rd largest investment project in Istanbul and is thought to have services to neighboring provinces. The project, which can serve 23,600 patients, completed in 2020. In additionto Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge and TEM connection roads, the most appropriate health services of the people of Istanbul can be reachedquickly and comfortably with metro station planning. Başakşehir City Hospital with its 2.682 bed capacity and 1.000.000 square meter closed construction area has the title of "The World's Largest Seismic Isolator Building" with 2.040 seismic isolators installed in the main hospital building.    Başakşehir City Hospital will continue to performallits operational activities without any disruption, evenduring and after the most severe earthquake, thanksto the world's most advanced earthquake isolators.
