Abstract

This research aimed to determine the relationship between teachers' mental well-being and ethical behaviors and to determine the mental well-being level of ethical behaviors of teachers. The study group of the research consists of 237 teachers, 150 female (63.3%) and 87 male (36.7%), working in different public schools operating in Istanbul Arnavutköy, Başakşehir and Sultangazi districts. Regression and correlation analysis design was used in the analysis of the data. Standard multiple regression analysis was performed to determine the level of ethical behaviors in predicting mental well-being. In the results of working; It was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between ethical behaviors and mental well-being. In addition, it was observed that ethical behaviors significantly predicted mental well-being. Suggestions were made in accordance with these findings obtained in the study
