THE EFFECTS of CGF on the FINANCE of SME’s

Abstract

In this study, in order to investigate the effects of the Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF) on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) that occupy an important place in the Turkish economy in 2022 and the access of these enterprises to financial resources, the practice of KGF, which has become widespread as of 2016, was analyzed and conducted by analyzing.

The study was conducted in the form of a summer survey and according to the results of the study; It was found that SMEs are very important for the country's economy, they have equity problems and, accordingly, their financing needs are high. It has been observed that they also use high and risky loans if they never reach or reach the loan due to low creditworthiness in their loan requests to meet their financing needs.

It has been seen that KGF application is an important and effective solution method for the basic financing problems of SMEs.
