US President Donald Trump's emergence with the slogan "America first" in his election campaign in the 2016 Elections, with the idea that he would primarily consider the peace and welfare of the American people, he signaled that his discourses would apply a different method in foreign policy in this context. After Trump's victory in the elections, uncertainties in the cadres, constant and sudden changes, taking decisions that are unilateral and considering only the interests of the United States of America and the American people, making surprising decisions at unexpected times and putting the decisions into practice without discussing in the American institutions. Most importantly, Trump's announcement of these decisions to the public and to the world via Twitter, and the practice of twitter diplomacy, took the decisions taken away from the American traditional foreign policy to a controversial ground. While all these were happening, European states and all world states were uneasy within the framework of these uncertainties.Trump started to have issues with Transatlantic relations and relations with all world states. As soon as US President Trump took the control, he started to withdraw from many international agreements and opened queries to international organizations such as NATO and the UN, causing him to be watched with concern by Europe, Russia, China and all other countries of the world. Joe Biden's victory in the elections caused a positive atmosphere, it is thought that mild relations with all world states and European states will be established, and the negativities in transatlantic relations that occurred during the Trump period will recover in a short time and the relations will return to their old track.
