Abstract

In our world, which has a global structure, it is not possible to be among the leading enterprises by providing competitive advantage only with economic advantages. It is noteworthy that the impact of the employees has reached undeniable dimensions by the enterprises. The commitment of the employees to their organizations, their support at all times by their organizations no matter what difficulties they encounter, and their efforts to overcome the difficulties together are of great importance for the future of the enterprises. Thus, in this study, it was aimed to analyze the relationship between employee voice behavior and commitment in organizations. For this purpose, the data obtained by using the survey method on the employees of a public hospital in the province of Elazig were examined. The relationship between the sub-dimensions of organizational commitment and vocality was determined by the analysis made using the SPSS.24.0 Statistical Package Program.
