THE EFFECT OF INVESTMENT BEHAVIOR AND COVID-19 PROCESS ON INVESTMENT RESULTS

Abstract

Purpose: To contribute to the literature by trying to reveal the effect of investor behavior and the Covid-19 process on investment results and the regulatory effect of the Covid-19 process on the relationship between investment behavior and investment results.

Design/methodology/approach: as incidental to the businesses operating in Turkey reached 6,000 business e-mail addresses were delivered to the questionnaire. 399 valid questionnaires were evaluated. Thus, 399 business data were analyzed. The data obtained were tested through SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical programs.

Findings: It has been revealed that investment behavior has a positive effect on the perception of investment results, the Covid-19 process has a negative effect on the perception of investment results, and the Covid-19 process has no regulatory effect on the relationship between investment behavior and investment results.

Discussion: The Covid-19 process has a regulatory effect on the relationship between investment behavior and investment results.
